We will focus on Alignment, Proper Foundation, incremental step-by-step process. Strength building through goals during the 4 weeks. Also strength building through nutrition. This program is designed to powerfully and safely cultivate upper body strength, core strength, and build dexterity over a month to revolutionize your yoga practice. We will be meeting at a local park on the second session to utilize a softer surface sand/grass to help get over the fear element of getting upside down.

4 Week Session (You don’t have to attend all of the sessions)

Sundays 5:30-6:45pm
